The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic qualifications:Project Management or Project Engineering experienceMust be familiar with Earned Value Management concepts and applicationMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency, including Access, Excel and ProjectBachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Civil EngineeringDesired skills:Configuration Management experienceFamiliarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 (TINA) compliant proposal requirementsFunctional estimating experience in engineering, materials, operations, and/or SustainmentExperience using proposal pricing systems or BOE tools such as, PROPRICER, APTS, or BOE other tool usageExperience with PDM, Catia, VASExperience with Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) product structureExperience in TableauProven communication and leadership skillExperience in Earned Value ManagementSecurity clearance statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
