What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Drive electrical design from concept through construction across a diverse portfolio of commercial and institutional projects.

• Own the Technical Side: Design and review power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems — ensuring everything meets current codes, standards, and performance goals.

• Manage the Work: Coordinate across disciplines, lead project teams, and oversee deliverables and deadlines with precision.

• Be the Client’s Go-To: Build relationships, provide strategic guidance, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

• Mentor and Grow Talent: Guide junior engineers and designers, sharing knowledge and setting a high bar for technical excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).

• PE license highly preferred (or in progress).

• 10+ years of experience in electrical design — ideally within a consulting environment.

• Proficiency in power systems design, load calculations, and electrical code compliance.

• Confident project manager and team leader with clear communication skills.
