n Job Descriptionn n
n- n Construction assist Project Manager with the completion of projects on time and under budgetn
- n Participate in interview and RFP process for new workn
- n Assist estimating with bidding for future assigned projectsn
- n Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the projectn
- n Contacts subcontractors to solicit interest in projectsn
- n Review final plans and estimates with Project Management and Estimator prior to submissionn
- n Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all required monthly Project Manager review reports and profitable on-time completion of the projectn
- n Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for informationn
- n Performs project closeout walk through with the Owner and Architect, collects all required closeout information and verifies all project punch list items are completen
- n Performs customer relation duties such as: 6-month project completion check with Owner and 11-month warranty walk through for any outstanding issues.n
- n Keep consistent lines of communication open with clients and proactively share project progress and budget mattersn

n- n 1-3 years of experience with a commercial general contractorn
- n Background in TI and/or commercial projects preferredn
- n Procore experience requiredn
- n Strong communication and collaboration skillsn
- n Ability to manage multiple projects at oncen

n- n $65,000- $80,000 base salary (dependent on experience)n
