Project Engineer / Project Manager10G (Caterpillar & Morey Joint Venture) is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead multiple hardware engineering projects in a hands-on, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage in both the planning and technical execution of projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication on project progress and any adjustments.Project Management Tools: Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and manage project timelines and deliverables.Technical Support: Leverage technical experience to support hardware engineering and electrical engineering tasks, with the ability to step in and execute tests when required.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years in project management, preferably with a background in electrical engineering or hardware engineering.Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to stakeholders.Technical Background: Prior hands-on experience in hardware and electrical engineering is a plus.Work Schedule:Hours: 9 AM - 5 PMDress Code: Business casualOnsite: 2-3 days a week
