Project Engineer Specializing In Photonic ModulesMonarch Quantum is seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer specializing in Photonic Modules to join our innovative team. In this role, you will manage and drive photonic module development projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and business goals. You will serve as the key interface between engineering teams, manufacturing, suppliers, and management, coordinating resources and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate photonic module projects including design, development, prototyping, and transfer to production.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure milestones are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including optical, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.Identify technical risks and work proactively with stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions.Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement of components critical to photonic modules.Track project progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution and module performance.
