nn Job Descriptionn n
n- n Create and manage the project budget, ensuring accurate assignment of cost codes.n
- n Develop and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.n
- n Review project RFIs and provide the architect with recommended options.n
- n Develop and maintain the project schedule, overseeing all change requests.n
- n Demonstrate expertise in leading subcontractor project meetings.n
- n Facilitate effective communication and coordination among subcontractors.n
- n Support business development by maintaining positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.n
- n Ensure quality standards and enforce the project safety plan.n
- n Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables.n
- n Oversee the buy-out process and manage project closeout procedures.n

n The Successful Applicantn n
n- n Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experiencen
- n 2+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a timen
- n Multifamily project experiencen
- n Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.n
- n Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawingsn
- n Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.n
