Project Engineer/Project Manager – Capital Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to support a portfolio of capital projects at a refinery/petrochemical manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong project engineering/project management experience in a refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar manufacturing environment. This is a project-focused role, not a construction management position.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience
- Refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar manufacturing experience
- Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously
- Strong capital project experience from planning through execution and closeout
- Experience with RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Experience working with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, vendors, and contractors
- Strong cost, schedule, risk, and project execution experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Must be comfortable with a contract position
40 to 45 hours a week to start, hours will increase during outage.
PE/PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
