Apply today and build your future with Ledcor.Essential Responsibilities:Interpret mine plans, operational drawings, and project specifications to support field supervisors and crewsPerform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reportingAssist in developing shift plans, work packages, and operational sequencing for mine-site activitiesSupport surveying and layout tasks, including verification checks, control point management, and as-built data collectionCompile and verify daily labor timesheets, production logs, and operational reportsParticipate in safety reviews, toolbox talks, and mine-site safety meetingsCoordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet operational timelinesAssist with organizing crews, equipment assignments, and work-area logisticsProvide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractor activitiesPerform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical documentation and draftingQualifications:4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or a similar role within miningProven track record supporting multi-phase mining or resource-sector projectsEducation in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as PrimaveraExperience with operational planning software, 3D model viewers, and document management systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to lead coordination efforts and confidently engage with stakeholdersSolid understanding of project processes including setup, documentation control, RFIs, change management, and closeoutDemonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to field coordinationStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailWillingness to travel and remain on-site for the duration of each mining projectWorking Conditions:Site-based positionAble to meet the physical requirements of working in an operating mine, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and working in all weather conditionsAbility to work a non-traditional schedule that may include nights and weekends
