This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run efficiently, remain compliant, and are completed successfully.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain logistics and tracking systems for orders, deliveries, and equipmentCoordinate site deliveries, reservations, and required equipment needsAssist with employee security clearance tracking per project requirementsManage tool and equipment rentals, returns, and trackingMaintain testing logs and organize documentation for system testingProcess and track submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information)Track and maintain current drawings, revisions, and project updatesAssist with change order pricing and developmentSupport productivity tracking and project forecasting effortsPerform quality assurance, quality control, and compliance checksAttend jobsite meetings and support communication between teamsAssist with commissioning processes including pre-functional checklists, start-ups, and coordinationCollaborate with General Contractors on reporting, updates, and project requirementsQualificationsREQUIRED:High school diploma or GED2 years of experience in construction or related field as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Project AssistantStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethicProficiency in computer systems and construction-related softwareAbility to read and interpret drawings and construction documentsStrong attention to detail in documentation and tracking processesPREFERRED:Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, Navisworks, Microsoft Office Suite, Vista Viewpoint, and Kojo.Osha 10 or 30 certificationCompensationAnnual Salary- $70,000+ per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.Benefits and Growth OpportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision and voluntary insurance options.Company-paid benefits such as Rocket Lawyer, Smart Dollar, Atrium Health EAP, and a Corporate Chaplin401(k) with company matchPersonal time off, Parental Leave and paid holidaysEmployee support resources through the Precision Plumbing Caring TeamAnnual family eventTraining, mentorship, and opportunities to advance in the plumbing trade.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
