Civil EngineerWe are seeking a motivated civil engineer with 2–5 years of experience in site civil and land development to join our Indianapolis office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial, residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, experience preparing construction documents, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and reviewing agencies.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on diverse and meaningful land development projects for public and private clients.Collaborative team environment with mentorship and growth opportunitiesSupport for professional development and licensureFlexible work environment based in our Indianapolis officeEssential duties and responsibilities:Prepare site civil design for land development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway improvementsDevelop construction documents, technical exhibits, and design calculationsAssist with hydrology and hydraulic analyses, stormwater reports, and permitting submittalsCoordinate with internal disciplines, subconsultants, and project managersSupport entitlement and permitting efforts with local jurisdictions and reviewing agenciesPerform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimatesParticipate in project meetings and assist with responding to agency review commentsApply applicable local, state, and federal codes and design standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field2–5 years of experience in site civil / land development designEngineer-in-training (EIT) certification required; PE licensure a plusProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology/hydraulic equal software, WaterCAD, HydroCAD, Excel, etc.Working knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater designFamiliarity with local jurisdictional standards and permitting processesStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlinesWe're an equal opportunity employer.
