Project EngineerConcrete Placing Company (CPC) seeks a Project Engineer to assist with our I-84 Jerome to Twin Falls project. This project is a $93 million widening of the interstate scheduled for completion in 2025. Duties of the Project Engineer include:Understand and implement compliance with Project's contract, budget, and scheduleAssist with the development of the work activitiesActively supervise and manage the Project's traffic controlInteract with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely arrival of crews and suppliesCommunicate with Owners, Inspectors, and other contractorsWork with craft workers to interpret contract drawings and specificationsCollect and report project information including quantities completed, and labor and equipment productionEducation and Experience2 years construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience2 years experience managing and maintaining traffic controlATSSA or Evergreen Safety Council certificationProficiency with all MS Office productsWorking knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawing and specifications, and building materialsAbility to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with othersAdditional Requirements/SkillsComply, understand, and support safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environmentSelf-motivatedTeam playerValid driver's license and ability to driveSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid vacation and PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance benefits401(k) with Employer MatchCompany vehicleConcrete Placing Co., Inc.
