Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride.Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering.Track material procurement and coordinate deliveriesProduce project schedules with site superintendent.Review and determine suitability of submittals.Quote/qualify subcontractor requests for change orders.Track status of change ordersTrack status of Requests for InformationCollect, verify and distribute as-builts.Maintain project close-out documents.Assist with field supervision.Blueprint readingQuantity take-offsSubcontractor solicitationsCorrespondenceDocument ControlSubcontractor CoordinationOther duties as assigned.Work Hour Options:General work hours are 7:30am - 5pm and 5-day work weeks are standard.
