Project Engineer IIWe are seeking a Project Engineer II to support engineering, design, and project management initiatives at its Millsboro, Delaware facility. This role plays a key part in delivering capital and improvement projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors) to define project scopes and engineering solutionsLead engineering design, research, evaluation, and execution of assigned projects from concept through completionManage construction, renovation, and capital projects to meet timelines, budgets, and objectivesEnforce project safety policies and ensure compliance with applicable standardsOversee project quality, cost control, and schedulingProvide regular project status reports to leadershipMentor and support Project Engineer I team membersCoordinate internal resources and manage project documentationUtilize Microsoft Project for planning and trackingRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Agricultural)Experience working in a poultry processing or manufacturing environment (required)2–5 years of relevant engineering or project engineering experienceProficiency with AutoCAD and collaborative design toolsStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously
