Project Engineer II – ElectricalThe Project Engineer II supports various functions related to construction management within the electrical construction industry. The company also offers design/assist expertise, from cost estimation and value engineering to preconstruction planning.Essential Functions:Interpret and update construction drawings as specifications evolveMaintain accurate As-Built drawings for project handoverInterpret issues in the field and submit RFIs (Requests for Information)Assist in reviewing plans, creating checklists for key contract featuresManage subcontractor and vendor agreements, and track related activitiesAssist in preparing cost estimates, tracking change orders, and maintaining accurate project recordsSupport project scheduling, including statements of work, submittals, and reportsTrack and procure necessary materials, tools, and equipmentPromote and ensure compliance with safety protocolsInspect equipment, materials, and finished work to meet quality standardsPrepare and submit closeout documentation and As-Built drawings as per contract requirementsAdditional duties as assignedPerform essential functions in designated office or field locationsRegular and predictable attendance is requiredComply with company Code of Conduct and industry standardsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical or general constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; a combination of education and experience consideredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsIntermediate or higher-level knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or PrimaveraStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailOperational knowledge of Bluebeam
