Vice President || Construction Recruitment
Based in Hartford, Connecticut - we are major Commercial General Contractors licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont. We are seeking an assistant project manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our ranks.
Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities:
- Assist project management tasks including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Help plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Ownership.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Entry-Level Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology.
- Some knowledge of construction processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to be agile on the job site, managing moving timelines and objectives.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field(s).
