We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. Support project teams with the technical coordination and documentation that keep sitework moving. This role offers hands‑on exposure to field operations, project controls, and the full construction process.

Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and revisions and help communicate changes to field teams.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, and project correspondence.
- Assist with quantity tracking, material takeoffs, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
- Support cost coding, production reporting, and change documentation.
- Coordinate with survey, BIM/VDC, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project questions.
- Assist with quality documentation, record drawings, and closeout requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Internship or early-career construction experience preferred; sitework exposure is a plus.
- Ability to read construction drawings and organize accurate project records.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills; willingness to work at Florida jobsites.
