Project EngineerWe are seeking a results-driven Project Engineer to support our construction management team. This role works directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals for budget, safety, and schedule. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow with a faith-based, team-driven company—this is your opportunity.Duties/Responsibilities:Upholds and promotes the Thompson Mission, Vision and ValuesMaintain and update logs (change order, gravel, concrete)Create cost estimates and material comparison worksheetsTravel to job sites and support field leadershipManage project invoicing, documentation, and logsPerform hands-on tasks when required to support the teamAssists Superintendent - obtain all required documentation including certificates, lien wavers, disclaimers, warrantees, etc.Performs other related duties as assigned/needed up to and including all laborer dutiesRequired Skills/Abilities :Strong communication and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Office, Pro-Contractor, and BluebeamStrong understanding of construction documentsEffective time and task managementEducation and Experience :Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experienceValid driver's licenseCPR and First Aid (training provided)Physical Requirements :Ability to lift 50 lbs.
