You'll work closely with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to bring projects from concept through construction.
This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for sustainable design and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans for land development and energy projectsDevelop construction documents, engineering reports, and permit applicationsAnalyze zoning, land use, and regulatory requirements specific to solar and renewable development projectsPerform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and stormwater modelingCoordinate with project managers, CAD designers, and subconsultants to meet deadlines and quality standardsSupport permitting efforts with municipal, state, and federal agenciesAttend field visits and site meetings to support design development and construction oversightAssist with QA/QC of technical deliverables and ensure compliance with internal standardsResearch and implement sustainable design strategies within civil site projectsPathways For GrowthAt LIVIC, we offer a unique opportunity to turn the skills and connections you've worked so hard to build into something extraordinary.
