What you will enjoy doing*

• You will lead and supportcapital projects, facility improvements, and equipment integrationinitiatives from conception through implementation
• In this role, you will serve as theprimary engineering liaison for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiativesand other customer-driven projects
• You will develop projectscopes, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments
• Coordinatecross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution andachievement of objectives
• Monitor projectprogress and proactively address risks, constraints, and schedule impacts
• Analyzemanufacturing, quality, and operational data to identify trends,bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• You will lead and supportcontinuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality,productivity, capacity, and cost reduction
• Utilizedata-driven methodologies to evaluate process performance and implementsustainable improvements
• You will develop metricsand reporting tools to track project and operational performance
• Support and leadroot cause investigations related to process, equipment, quality, andcustomer issues.
  You will lead weekly,monthly, and quarterly project review meetings
• You will support broaderengineering, operational excellence, and project management initiativesbased on business needs

What makes you great

• You must have a Master’s degree (MS/MA/MBA) with 3+ years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) with 3+ years of related experience OR 12+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline required
• Experience leading or supporting engineering projects within aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, thermal processing, or highly regulated operational environments
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
