Engineering Mgr.ResponsibilitiesSupport the successful EE development and launch of new products with a cross-functional teamSupport project planning, activities, milestones, and deliverablesWork with the cross-functional team to develop design specifications and validation test plans for electrical power conversion productsSupport analysis of the circuit performance of EE circuit using typical EE lab toolsPerform product validation testing, including radiated and susceptibility testing, and support troubleshooting activitiesSupport prototype and production builds with hands-on supportPerform basic mechanical fabrication using standard shop equipment for prototypes and test fixtures (drilling, cutting, etc.)Ability to complete assigned tasks and maintain schedules for multiple projects as appropriateParticipate in cross-functional design reviews for electrical power conversion products10% travel may be required for offsite testing and partner site visitsRequirementsMust have an appropriate college degree in Electrical Engineering5-10 years of electrical engineering experience related to the design and validation of electrical power conversion productsMust be self-motivated, results-oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.Familiar with electrical test equipment, EMC testingExperience in interfacing with customers and cross-functional teamsStrong Communication skills both verbal and writtenAttention to detail, accountability, and self-motivationAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite of productsExperience in EE PCBA manufacturing preferredWork Environment – Office:Office EquipmentMay occasionally be required to access manufacturing or production areas; applicable safety protocols and PPE applyMore about Havis:Website: in Warminster, PAISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management SystemFast growing company in a niche, growing marketplaceCompany offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefitsGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience
