Project ManagementProject Management (Primary Focus) Own assigned capital and value-add projects from early concept through construction, commissioning, and handover. Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, including critical path tracking. Maintain cost control and forecasts; proactively identify and escalate schedule, cost, or scope risks.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution. Work closely with the Principal Electrical Engineer to: Develop and coordinate electrical engineering scope within projects Support design reviews, equipment specifications, and vendor evaluations Ensure alignment with site electrical standards and requirements Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities for electrical systems as part of the overall project scope Provide SHE oversight for assigned projects, including contractor safety management. Ensure compliance with site SHE standards and applicable regulations throughout project execution.
Manage MOC, action items, and project documentation in TrackWise or equivalent systems. Ensure required validation and qualification activities are planned and executed. Support project handover to operations Experience working with contractors and external vendors
