Drivetrain Lifecycle ManagerThe primary function of this role will be to support the Drivetrain Lifecycle Manager with execution of the pertinent tasks associated with application of the corporate Service Life Policy to the portfolio of LPSD Drivetrain service parts. The duties of this role will entail the gathering and analysis of all data necessary for the review of service part lifecycle, including dealer demand history, machine application parameters, and sourcing restrictions per the direction of the Drivetrain Lifecycle Manager.Typical Day:Receive, document and execute requests for Service Life Policy analysis of service partsCollect data pertaining to sales model usage, historic dealer demand quantity, age of part and forecasted future demand to required to evaluate if the part may be discontinued per the client’s Service Life PolicyMake recommendation to Lifecycle Manager to discontinue or maintain availability of part, document results of the decision and communicate to the requesting partyTechnical Skills Required:General mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical drivetrain systems and componentsExperience using Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications (primarily Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) including Sharepoint site creation and maintenanceSoft Skills Required:Organized and process-oriented approach to completing tasksAbility to summarize and present findings of analysis in a clear, concise mannerMotivated by procedural excellenceEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering required5-7 years experience requiredTravel: 0-25%
