From submittal coordination to project documentation, from cost tracking to closeout-we support our clients with the kind of behind-the-scenes horsepower that keeps jobs moving and clients happy.Now, we're looking for someone like you to join our Springfield area office.What You'll Do:Coordinate submittals and manage project documentation with precisionSupport project managers and engineers across multiple active jobsAssist with estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking systemsPrepare RFIs, change orders, and delay notificationsHelp close out projects with clean, complete documentationBe a trusted resource for clients who rely on our expertiseWhat You Bring:Experience in a contractor-side role-Project Engineer, APM, or similarFamiliarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and scheduling toolsA sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindsetBonus points if you've worked with estimating software or CPM schedulesWhy This Role?Because you want more than just a paycheck.
