This role combines technical engineering expertise with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support structural and civil design efforts for EPCM projects, including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilitiesDevelop and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with internal disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process) and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including New Jersey codes and standardsServe as Engineer of Record (EOR) where applicableManage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managersConduct site visits, field inspections, and construction support as neededReview contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawingsMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidanceSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation when requiredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey (required)5–8 years of relevant experience in structural/civil engineering, preferably within an EPCM or consulting environmentStrong knowledge of structural design codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, etc.)Experience with design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications:PE licensure in multiple states or ability to obtain additional licenses quicklyExperience in industrial or heavy infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with permitting processes in multiple jurisdictionsExperience acting as Engineer of Record (EOR)Project management experience or exposure to EPCM project delivery modelsWork Environment & Travel:Combination of office and field workOccasional travel to project sites as requiredWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projectsCollaborative, multidisciplinary team environmentProfessional growth and licensure supportCompetitive compensation and benefits packageIn order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
