Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years’ experience, preferably in civil engineering design or construction
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams
- Prepare permitting and technical reports
- Assist in project planning, design, and construction administration
- Manage project resources and mentor staff
- Engage in community and professional development activities
Desired Skills
- PE license or EIT certification
- Knowledge of project proposals, coordination with consultants, and project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to review civil design work and manage multiple projects
