Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance across a variety of infrastructure sectors
* Conduct in-house quality assurance reviews of project work before final management approval
* Coordinate directly with clients to address design questions and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner
* Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications
* Direct and prepare improvement plans, specifications, technical reports, and permit applications for diverse public and private projects
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
* Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona
* (We are seeking certified Project Engineers, but will also consider candidates (EITs) with significant pipeline design experience who can perform advanced engineering tasks)
* 3-5 years of project engineering experience in civil infrastructure design (including drainage, water, utilities, and pipelines)
* Proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS
* Experience producing construction plans and documents from concept through completion, including:
* Survey data processing
* Base map development
* Utility research and conflict resolution
