About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Construction Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems in the field, and wants to grow into a leadership role within construction project management

What You’ll Do

  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Support construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Track project progress and help identify potential risks or delays

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, review, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reports
  • Assist with cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, and budget updates

Field & Site Support

  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth field operations
  • Participate in site walks, inspections, and progress meetings
  • Help resolve field issues and support quality control efforts
  • Serve as a point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and manage agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
  • Foster strong working relationships across teams to keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

  • Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of software applications (MS Office/Procore/Bluebeam/Vista), and others
  • Basic understanding of construction industry terminology and documents with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and enhance all project stakeholder relationships with the Company
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient, and reliable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to recognize how individual actions affect the team as a whole
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule
