Project EngineerWe are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Engineer to support the execution and delivery of modular data centers, power modules, and critical infrastructure projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help drive project execution from kickoff through manufacturing and final delivery.The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills, experience working in fast-paced construction or manufacturing environments, and the ability to serve as a technical liaison between engineering, supply chain, production, and project stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project execution and administrationMaintain project documentation, logs, schedules, budgets, and tracking tools throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate communication between internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, subcontractors, and customersAssist with meeting coordination, action item tracking, and follow-up communicationSupport submittal processes including preparation, tracking, approvals, and distributionPrepare and maintain RFIs, submittal registers, change orders, risk registers, and project reporting documentationTrack material deliveries and support coordination of production readiness and schedule impactsAssist with permitting and licensing documentation as requiredReview and interpret engineering drawings, models, and technical documentationSupport project controls, billing documentation, and schedule updates from kickoff through shipmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience supporting modular data centers, power modules, electrical infrastructure, or mission critical projects preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and ProjectExperience with Bluebeam Revu preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and modelsFamiliarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs), mechanical/electrical systems, and modular construction methods preferredKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a plusFamiliarity with engineering submittal processes and construction documentationStrong communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environmentUS Citizenship requiredCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipWork Environment & ExpectationsOffice-based role with occasional travel to project sites or manufacturing facilitiesMust be able to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detailRegular use of computers, office equipment, and project management software requiredCommitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork is essential
