This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys a mix of technical design, project coordination, and client interaction.

You'll contribute to meaningful infrastructure and site development projects while continuing to build your technical and project management skills.What You'll DoEnsure accuracy, completeness, and quality of engineering designs and deliverablesProvide direction and coordination to project team members, including engineers, designers, drafters, field staff, and support personnelApply technical expertise to evaluate design approaches, establish solutions, and review work to meet client expectationsSupport compliance with regulatory and permitting requirementsPrepare technical documents including reports, proposals, cost estimates, bid packages, and permit applicationsContribute to proposal development by defining project understanding, scope, and technical approachMaintain project schedules and budgets, proactively communicating scope, timeline, or cost risks to the Project ManagerSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities for repeat work and building client relationshipsAssist in managing client relationships and delivering a high level of serviceMay serve as an Assistant Project Manager on select projectsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required4+ years of relevant civil engineering experienceOhio PE license is preferred, or able to obtain in twelve monthsProficiency with design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, GIS, REVIT)Working knowledge of permitting processes and funding agency requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven problem-solving abilities and sound technical judgmentEffective time management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated with a strong desire to grow and advanceValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as neededSalary Range:The minimum salary for this position is $90,000.00 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
