Project Documentation ControllerLocation: Raleigh, North Carolina, United StatesCompany: Hitachi Energy USA IncProfession (Job Category): Project/Program ManagementJob Schedule: Full timeRemote: NoThe OpportunityAs a Project Documentation Controller, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of power industry projects by ensuring project information is accurate, accessible, organized, and delivered on time. You will work closely with engineering, project management, quality, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage the flow of technical and contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will help support efficient project execution, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and effective collaboration across project teams.

In this role, you will maintain document control systems, manage document deliverables, coordinate submissions and approvals, track revisions, and support audits and compliance activities. You will gain exposure to large project environments while developing your skills in project documentation workflows, stakeholder coordination, document management systems, and continuous improvement practices.
