The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position overseeing the successful delivery of major data center developments, with responsibility for the overall project strategy, commercial performance and client relationship.
- Direct projects valued at $200M+
- Lead senior PM, CM and field leadership teams
- Own project strategy, budget, schedule and risk
- Act as the senior point of contact for the client and key stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, construction, MEP coordination and commissioning
- Drive project performance, safety, quality and commercial outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and support future project opportunities
Background
- 15+ years construction experience
- Proven leadership of large-scale data center / mission-critical projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Comfortable operating at executive level with major client
