Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Director at ATI Restoration, LLC. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. This role is based in Northern Virginia, VA, with the option for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Budgeting, and Scheduling skills
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Knowledge of restoration industry standards and regulations
- Experience in residential and commercial property restoration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus
