Project Director (Owner’s Rep) – Large-Scale Projects

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction of multiple projects from concept through occupancy. Projects range from $25M to $300M and involve renovations and new builds.

You’ll lead 25–50 team members and coordinate with executives to ensure client goals are met. The role requires a proven PM track record on large capital projects, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and ability to manage client relationships and project profitability.
