Project DirectorThe Contractor shall assign a Project Director as part of the working team.Commitment:The Project Director shall dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week for the first 12 weeks following the State’s Notice to Proceed.After the initial 12-week period, the Project Director shall transition to full-time dedication to the project.It is highly desirable that the Project Director be fully dedicated for the entire contract duration.Roles & Responsibilities:Serve as the primary leadership-level point of contact for all system-related needs.Ensure full compliance and fulfillment of all contractual requirements.Provide oversight and guidance to the project team in coordination with the Account Manager.Work closely with the State agency contract liaison throughout the contract lifecycle.Conduct annual evaluations/check-ins with key State stakeholders.Qualifications:Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Must have at least 3 years of experience in large-scale project implementations, including vendor transitions.Must demonstrate experience in: Project planning and executionRisk and opportunity assessmentStakeholder communicationClient engagementShould have experience in: Cannabis, marijuana, and/or FDA-regulated industriesState government contractingMust have extensive experience in IT project/account management.
