Project Director - Life Sciences / Semiconductor Expansion Project
Location: Illinois (On-site, 5 days per week)
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major facility expansion project in Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, driving execution excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex capital project.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
- Background in Life Sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceuticals) or Semiconductor industries is required.
- Experience managing major EPC/EPCM, mission-critical, semiconductor, biotech/pharma, or large industrial retrofit programs.
- Construction Manager background.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Must be available to work on-site in Illinois five days per week.
