I’m currently recruiting for a Project Director opportunity with a leading U.S. heavy civil contractor on the VDOT I-64 Segment 4A & 4B project in Virginia .
This is a senior leadership position overseeing major project execution and working closely with senior management, owners, JV partners, subcontractors, and project teams.
Key focus areas:
- Overall project leadership & execution
- Safety culture & team development
What we're looking for:
- 10-15+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Proven experience leading large, complex infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong commercial, contractual and leadership capabilities
