A market-leading organisation delivering hyperscale and mission-critical data centre developments is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of major projects across Germany. This is a leadership role responsible for managing complex, high-value developments from design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of major data centre developments throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams.
- Oversee contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet programme, quality and safety objectives.
- Manage project risks, reporting and governance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support procurement, contract negotiations and project planning.
- Ensure compliance with German regulations and company standards.
- Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Fluent German and English.
