We are dedicated to providing a seamless, personalized experience at every stage of the client journey, from the first conversation to long after construction is complete.Position OverviewThe Project Development Coordinator is a client-facing support role within I-Grace's Project Development Team, reporting to the Senior Vice President and supporting the cultivation of new project opportunities and the maintenance of relationships with owners, architects, and designers across the full lifecycle of a project.
Working closely with the SVP and Project Development Manager, this individual provides essential coordination and administrative support across proposals, business development initiatives, events, and digital collateral. The Project Development Coordinator brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach that keeps the team organized and client relationships well supported.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as an initial point of contact for clients, architects, and designers on new projectsSupport the SVP and Manager in driving prospective projects forward, maintaining momentum and regular communication with relevant stakeholdersAttend networking, business development meetings, and events representing I-GraceCoordinate intake, development, and documentation of new project opportunities and inquiriesKeep detailed notes and create reports on existing relationships and active prospectsAssist with the development of proposals and solutions to client problems, coordinating I-Grace resources for implementationSupport the creation of proposals and materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including editing or drafting written copy, identifying relevant portfolio items, and creating graphics using InDesign, Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and ExcelContribute to defining and developing scopes of work and potential corresponding phases of workDocument and organize prospective project information including drawings, photographs, written reports, and scopes of workOrganize and submit prospect approval formsPartner with all I-Grace teams to develop client touchpoints, gifting, seasonal outreaches, and engagement initiativesLearn I-Grace's portfolio and stay current on the scope of active projects and relationshipsAssist the SVP in preparing for internal Business Development meetings; attend and take meeting notesProvide administrative assistance including expenses, scheduling, filing, and travel arrangementsAssist with the organization and execution of events showcasing I-GraceAs directed, organize, edit, and update I-Grace digital collateral and digital portfolioManage and update the contact databaseQualificationsMinimum 1–2 years' experience in architecture, interior design, project management, or high-end residential private property managementBA in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent construction experienceExperience working on high-end residential projects and/or within luxury brandsAbility to read and understand architectural drawing setsKnowledge of technical architectural components, formal architectural styles, and corresponding phases of the design processProficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailValid driver's license with a clean driving record; preferred for client-facing travel throughout the New York areaThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal Project Development Coordinator is an organized, proactive professional who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality support across every aspect of the role.
