The role provides support to Project Developers, including accurate and timely analysis of major project and program performance against approved budgets and milestones; monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; and maintaining project documentation. Develops dashboards and supports project-progress presentations.Essential functions include project/program initiating and planning, company, regulatory, and external approvals, project external relations and communications, project/program controlling, project/program closing, and project forecasting and budget maintenance.Basic qualifications include thorough knowledge of personal computers and related software applications, planning and budgeting concepts, utility accounting, finance, cost accounting, and ratemaking principles, and statistical techniques.

Skills include advanced proficiency with personal computers and related applications, analytical ability, critical thinking and problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, presentation, personal effectiveness, interpersonal, professionalism, team collaboration, and internal and external relationships.Experience requirements include 3–5 years of experience in accounting and forecasting systems and capital project budgets, at least 3 years in budgeting and financial forecasting in a utility environment preferred, 3–5 years of experience or demonstrated ability with computers, information systems, and software applications, including MS Project and Excel, 3–5 years of analytical experience or demonstrated ability, preferably with data and/or projects, and 1+ year of experience using project management techniques.The hiring range for the Project Developer Analyst position is $79,600.00 to $101,600.00. The person selected will be placed according to his/her skills and qualifications.
