In this role, you will drive concept development, produce high-quality design deliverables, and ensure design intent is carried through construction. Working closely with Senior Designers and Design Principals, you will play a key role in shaping innovative interior environments while managing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination.This position will be working out of our San Jose, California office.

This position is eligible for hybrid (office/remote) working arrangement and flexible working hours.Responsibilities:Lead interior design efforts from concept through construction administrationPrepare and coordinate design presentations, plans, elevations, and detailed drawingsEnsure alignment between design intent and construction documentationReview documents for quality, code compliance, and coordination across all project phasesCollaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and implement design solutionsManage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and workflow for small to mid-sized projectsSupport material selection, value analysis, and cost alignmentOversee design changes and resolve project-related challengesGuide and mentor junior staff; may supervise 1–3 team membersAssist with proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations/interviewsContribute to project profitability through effective resource management and cost awarenessRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field7+ years of experience in architectural or interior designStrong understanding of design and construction documentation processesExperience managing project scope, schedules, and budgetsKnowledge of building codes and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailThe salary range for this position is $106,331 - $159,101.
