To support a federal healthcare technology program, the remote Project Delivery Specialist will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure smooth execution throughout the delivery lifecycle, all while aligned to EST business hours. Key responsibilities: Coordinate project timelines, schedules, milestones, and task assignments to support on-time delivery Maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online Monitor workstream progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, or project delivery support Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Project Experience supporting Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies Bachelor's degree required Ability to obtain a Public Trust (CMS T4)
