Project Cost Manager

Supporting the delivery of construction and workplace projects, the full-time remote Project Cost Manager will develop, manage, and analyze project budgets while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to drive financial accountability and ensure successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and review construction cost budgets across various project phases, including feasibility studies and design development Analyze project scopes and benchmark pricing to validate budgets and identify cost efficiencies Create and execute contracts based on approved project scopes while monitoring contractor pricing throughout the project lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Experience managing construction costs, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for commercial real estate projects Working knowledge of construction estimating, cost control methodologies, and contract administration Experience using project management and financial platforms such as PMWeb, Spend-App, or Adaptive Works Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project scopes and financial data accurately
