Project Cost Controller/SchedulerWe are seeking a dynamic Project Cost Controller/Scheduler to integrate the two functions for a growing oil & gas subsea construction company. The Project Controller/Scheduler will manage and control project schedules, budgets, and resources in support of the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and subsea construction activitiesTrack project progress, analyze schedule and cost variances, and provide accurate performance reportingSupport project managers with scenario analysis, risk assessments, and recovery planningInterface with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams to ensure alignment of cost and schedule dataDevelop and implement project controls procedures, templates, and reporting standardsContribute to change management, including evaluation of schedule and cost impacts due to scope changesRequired Skills & KnowledgeProficiency in project scheduling and controls software, such as: Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI or similar reporting toolsStrong understanding of: Project scheduling methodologies (CPM, critical path analysis)Proven experience as a Project Cost Controller, Project Scheduler, or Project Controls EngineerPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldUnderstanding of project management best practices5+ years of experience supporting oil & gas or subsea construction projectsStrong ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively with stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with subsea construction workflows, interfaces, and risksAwareness of cost, schedule, and execution drivers in EPC or marine construction projectsPMP or other project management certification
