Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Construction Project Manager in San Diego for renovation and tenant improvement work. This is a GC side seat covering commercial and multifamily renovation and TI projects. Lead the project from the GC side end to end. Own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the field team, and keep owners, architects, and subs aligned every step of the way.
