Responsibilities include:From Day 1 you will partner with product owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to organize, review and shepherd service transition activity for the Enterprise & Backoffice support team.Service Transition PC’s scope is supporting the support organizations.Help build out future roadmaps for each area we support.Improve customer experience for end users, application/tool owners, and support teams, ensuring a good business model that aligns with the clients support and technology goals.Identify and understand different teams involved in a project that will impact support, asking clarifying questions where need to gain that understanding.Effectively scheduling and leading hyper care meetings involving a wide array of team members.Hard SkillsThe PC will be wrangling a bunch of stakeholders - must be able to be direct, advocate for the support teams, and be able to know when not to take “No” for an answer.When new projects launch, able to monitor performance, identify problem areas related to support, and facilitate resolutions (manage the hyper care process).Strong skills in documentation, organizational skills and searching out answers.Very good at ownership and understanding workflows within various teams.Hypercare project support will be critical in the success of this role.ITIL is a helpful component but not necessary as WFM utilizes a DEVOPS model.Able to ask: “Are projects ready to be deployed? Do we have knowledge base articles in place? Is the system ready? Are there people in place for the tasks needed to get done?
