SRM/SAP SpecialistEnters and maintains purchase order status using SAP.Coordinates with coworkers and customers for needed information to enter and track orders accurately.Run internal and client reports to capture assigned work and track order progress.This role will be expected to drive results from support functions through effective regular communication.The candidate will have strong ability to follow up with support team members on action items and drive project tasks to closure.This role will require tactical support and hands on execution of assigned tasks by the program manager.Responsibilities - will be supporting project managers in the following areas, but not limited to:Creation of Shopping Carts within the SAP ERP systemWork with the Global Packaging team to provide quotesProactively verify vendor status in vendor master database.Complete new vendor setup documentation (including Bank Verification Form and vendor setup requests) as neededEnsure timely approval and release of vendor invoices by routing for business owner approval, releasing in SRM, and proactively monitoring for issues and following up for resolution.Facilitate and track Purchase Order Creation and ClosingInvoice reconciliation, Invoice Tracking with Global Packaging resources. Clear up blocked/parked invoicesEscalate issues to project manager which could cause delay in the timelineAccurately inputs and monitors orders according to client and company proceduresResponds to inquires in a timely mannerTrack key milestones to report output as needed.Notifies various entities as needed to update Shopping Cart status as process progressesSupports department manager and staff with project update requestsActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Process purchase orders through all stages of purchase cycle (requests, creation, change, tracking, closure, and deletion)Required:SAP (ECC production)SAP SRMSAP Vendor set-upHigh-level of attention to details and accuracy.Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
