This is a full-time position.We offer a highly competitive total compensation and benefits package which includes:HealthDentalVisionLife401(k)Six Paid HolidaysPaid Vacation and Sick LeaveLong-term disability and short-term disability benefitsPosition Responsibilities:Managing multiple projects and teams of medical professionals across various worksites nationwideAssisting the clients, Site Safety Managers and personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possibleResponding to emergencies efficiently and promptlyAdministering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulationsAssessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical proceduresEffectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further actionEffectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.Demonstrating a strong orientation towards team work and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated effortsDemonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazardsEnsuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all timesDocumenting all findings and treatments clearly and conciselyConducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstancesPosition Qualifications:RN: multi-state compact license or Paramedic: (EMT-P) National Registry EMT-P certification requiredPrevious ER, Urgent Care, ICU or EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferredPrevious supervisor/leadership experience preferredEducation level: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredFlexible schedule: Days, Nights, Weekend availability requiredTravel: both locally and extended, overnight out of state requiredValid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications and other technological systems highly preferredCurrent First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plusStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employeesCORE, CHN, and our subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers.
