Project CoordinatorRainbow Restoration of Dickinson is a trusted name in emergency restoration and reconstruction services. Our mission is to empower our community through restoration and love.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of restoration projects.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance representatives, technicians, subcontractors, and internal team members. Restoration industry experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong coordination or administrative project experience.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate job schedules, documentation, and communication across departmentsAct as liaison between field teams and office for project updates and logisticsTrack job progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standardPrepare and review documentation including estimates, work authorizations, and change ordersMaintain accurate job files in our job management system (Dash/Fusion/Next Gear)Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and vendors regarding project updatesAssist with collections, billing support, and compliance documentation as neededHelp manage inventory of job materials and equipment related to assigned projectsQualifications:2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (restoration, construction, or insurance a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with job management or CRM software preferred (e.g., Dash, Xactimate, Luxor)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and commitment to customer service excellencePreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of restoration terminology, insurance claims processes, and industry best practicesIICRC certifications or training a plusBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for advancement in a growing restoration companySupportive, mission-driven team culturePaid training and certificationsPaid holidays and PTOCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour At Rainbow Restoration®, we're here to help families rebuild their lives when disaster strikes by turning damaged properties back into safe, comfortable homes.
