Project Coordinator, Medical OperationsOverall Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator, Medical Operations acts as the project management process owner for the Medical Operations Organization, OneMD business. This role focuses on process optimization and the deployment and utilization of consistent project management methodologies in support of the execution of Clinical Evaluation Reports, Literature Search activities, and Systematic Literature Reviews.Location: RemoteDuration: 2 year+Salary: $60k-$65kOpen positions are: 2Note from client: As a reminder we are open to considering recent college grads who have business or scientific/technical degrees. We would like to source individuals with experience working with Microsoft Project and also have good communication and organizational skills.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline is requiredMinimum of 3 years of related job experience is preferredDemonstrated knowledge and experience in project management principles and methodologies is requiredStrong written and oral communication skills is requiredExperience within the medical device industry and knowledge of clinical evaluation report regulatory requirements, evidence generation, and Clinical Evaluation Report (CER) document creation is preferredPosition Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides project management and leadership to Medical Operations staffCoordinates the literature process, such as, working with vendor in execution of literature searches, full-text ordering, and requesting translationsActively partners with cross-functional business partners such as Medical Directors, Post Market Surveillance, Design Quality Engineers, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs relating to the CER/Literature processCollaborates with and supports the Medical Operations Leadership team through the various processesMaintains and executes project management tools, such as, Microsoft projects plans and Lean Kit boards, and actively communicates project milestones and task levels with writing staff and vendorsEnsures strategic plans for operating company CER/literature timelines are met and practices are being consistently deployed across the global organizationMaintains and monitors metrics relevant to the Medical Operations team activities such as CERs, Literature Searches, Literatures Reviews, Compliance Activities; providing visibility of issues and enabling corrective and preventive actions to be taken as neededKnowledgeable about and maintains access to applicable MD Quality Systems to support the teams in document retrieval and routing of Medical Operations documents for approvalProvides support to the Leadership team during audits and inspections pertaining to CER processes
