This is an in-office role that works collaboratively with project teams to support the administrative and compliance duties related to commercial construction projects.Responsibilities:Support administrative duties for each assigned project: process RFIs, change orders, submittals, subcontractor agreements, and purchase ordersComplete project updates in Procore, distribute required documents to all project team membersAssist Project Manager with insurance and permits as neededSend the Field Operations team all required project informationSchedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a projectCreate and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project ManagersAssist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project teamOther job responsibilities as assigned by Project ManagersQualifications and Experience:Minimum of 2+ years of general contracting or subcontractor experience in an administrative roleStrong administrative skills with attention to detailExcellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills requiredAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalismTeam-player with the ability to build cross-functional relationshipsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience requiredApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
